A credit card is required to reserve an appointment!
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service(s) booked. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
NO SHOWS
Clients who do not show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. Future appointments may require prepayment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
REDO’S
If you are unhappy with your color or service you must let us know within 7 days & schedule the correction no more than 2 weeks after the original date of service.
A CALM SPACE FOR YOU
We’ve created our salon to be a space of calm and care. To keep that relaxing vibe, we kindly ask that guests keep phone use and conversation volume to a minimum while in the salon.
LITTLE ONES
We love kids—but for safety reasons and to maintain a serene environment for all our guests, we ask that children not accompany you to appointments unless they are receiving a service. Thank you for your understanding!
Our employees accept cash only for tips & an ATM machine is available on site.*
